Yep another great dry evening spin. Preety much non stop. Aroung 3 rock, up to the back of 2 rock, down fairy castle and on to xc legends, then over on the that tough single track section to bring us to the start of masseys. A quick puncture repair for Alfie and a discussion
on why Simon only one need pad on... then down masseys... which is never disappointing....

I was tired after the race on Sunday before I even started that spin. I was struggling a bit and kept making little stupid and frustrating mistakes. But what an evening to be out on the bike.
I got the knock before Massey’s but I got sorted after Alfie gave Steo a bar and then Steo offered me some but maliciously threw it on the ground. I ate it anyway! It was enough to get me back to Lambs.
I had a big feed when I got home including an Easter egg that wasn’t mine. Anyone know a shop that’s still selling Easter eggs???

Sorry was doing a long pre Belgium spin with ray Daragh Phil and a couple of others, only a couple of weeks left and well be back
