Marthon training spin Sunday 30th 9.00 kilternan school

Seems like the weekend for it and only two weeks to the euro marthon champs
A long distance one with plenty of places to hop on hop off

Basically road up to glencullen and take the wicklow way to Laragh maybe with a lap of g ride and back on the road maybe heading back through leadmines if there is anything in the legs on the way back

We did most of this a few weeks ago from Enniskerry and it was excellent 65km and 1500m so I'd estimate this will be 75km or so with roughly 5 hour on the bike!

Bring a few euro for a coffee stop in Laragh

Deadly spin this morning! Myself, Colm, Max, Oz and Nial kept moving the whole way except when we stopped for coffee! a lot of ground covered and great to finish through Djouce and powerscout house! 78km with just shy of 1800 m! What a day for it too! Thanks lads
