Monday Loop @ Lambs 18;30

I am thinking of doing the Tuesday Loop but on a Monday night as I can't make Tuesday nights.
We will meet at Lambs to leave for 18:30 pm
If any body is interested please post up and we can arrange times and the route if any one is unsure of the way.
The first couple of spins we will do as a group to learn the loop so every one know where they are going
, then after that it's every man or woman for them selves.
Like Chris said these will make you faster and deadlier.
