Wow what a night a great hill race was had , a cracking time by the young lad that won it 12.30 I think I heard , fair play to our lads cracking pace .
We then heading off on our rip , Alfie showing us who's boss! I was all over the place , with a freak valve snapping puncture to being eaten by a swarm , crashing and bashing my way around. I just decided to sit back and relax had the craic with the lads and we took in some of the best 3 rock has to offer , thanks lads for keeping my spirit s up right till the end where we wolfed down a coke and mars , great night , looking forward to next week already.
