Bank holiday monday spin around 3rock as Jack doesn't have the van and I can fit the two bikes in my clio ;-) very enduroy (i.e. easy paced on the climbs and hammering down the trails, but nothing you cant' do on a hard tail) so everyone welcome
Can't make it collecting daughter from airport. Poor thing pulled her shoulder in qualifiers for the world u23s slalom in uk. Months of training down the tubes. God love her.
That's a shame Terry, we had a deadly spin even tho I started off as a moany auld b*t*h... legs were fecked as soon as we started up the climb after the goat castle. don't' know if it was the spin the day before or the new gear set up but I was a pain in the hole by the time we got to the masts. Anyway after some shouting we did the tractor trail and the extra bit it was deadly!!! 3 rock was just riding really well
Then we played around on the jump track for a while, took Niall a while to get his saddle out of his hole but then we had some fun. They're really good jumps to practice on.
