Hi All, almost turkey time - that means time to get loose on the trails to enable you to catch your own free range bird (even if it is a crow).

long story short - see you there for some thrills and spills (less spills more thrills)

as much as I enjoyed this last week can't make it ;-( definately out next wednesday to snot myself before I head off skiing ;-)

okay it wasn't spin of the year, but it was entertaining. We did the biggest hike a bike all year. Did you ever wonder going down the back of the scalp, can I keep cycling down and down to the center of the earth? Well, wonder no more! We have the answer - you can't!

The cold wasn't too bad, I even had to take off the ole buff as I had the sweat pouring out of me trying to keep up with Ben, Caroline and Alan. The club course was strangely dry considering the amount of rain coming down! Great fun was had by all! I was glad to get back indoors after - took me about an hour to defrost and I eat 20 million calories too! starvin' Marvin after the cold.
