The Leadmines looks mostly clear now by the way, 3 rock looks white and damp.

3 rock is in bits by all accounts, a few mates were running up there last night and its wrecked. Leadmines was a wee bit schlompy on tuesday , a small bit of snow,ice, smud around on Tuesday, but was deadly all the same.

I was up in carrickmines this morning and 3 Rock looks still very snowy, but patchy. i'd say its in a heap alright.

Well that was deadly fun, if a bit fast for one of us. Alfie, Damo, Luke, Roo, Niall and myself on a tour of the Leadmines that will long be remembered by those fortunate enough to be present as The Night Roo Made Sh1t of his Seatpost. And completed the spin standing up. Other highlights included Niall's over the bars onto the road out of the Barnaslingan carpark and Alfie as a catholic priest of the very wrong sort. Thanks for the craic lads, and for waiting for me (and for Roo when the standing up riding became too tiring for even his wiry legs).

Thanks guys, bit of a sad return, but all in all, I enjoyed it. I'm tellin ya, the lads were flyin!! Lovely evening for it, just to get out of the house , with that heating on full blast!
My poor Aldi bike is not up for real action, after the seatpost snapped, i just kept thinking"what kind of cheep metal were the bars made of " 1.40 mins standing up riding and you too can walk like a cowboy for a day!! Thanks again for waiting for me and keeping me going.
