Well the romantic spin finally happened, just me Caroline, Oscar and graham. Nearly 3 hours, pretty much non stop, although we had to stop and wait for Oscar to finish his hallucination, apparently the ground was moving with frogs! Lay off the schroooms!

Yeap, nice rosemantic spin today with the 4 of us out, plenty of ground covered, a flat tyre at the start tried to stop me, then sore ribs from last week, then my Reverb seatpost pissed itself and gave up working, 40psi tyres and no droppper, disaster!

But, I kept going heading up by Bag o'Chips and over to Ravens rock, Oz went off up the Mini-Frog..I mean Bog of Death..., back up by the Devils elbow with burning Quads we did just over 25k in 2.5 hours....

Deadly spin yesterday really glad we went over to price willies. Graham had a list of excuses the length of his arm to go back (all of them BS) but we just ignored him and made him continue!! Weather was crazy, cold and windy to very warm and calm. I was wrecked at the end. Spend the rest of the day like a zombie

I hope graham didn't pull the"forgot my armbands again" excuse. He tried that last week and I nearly cried
