Will try my best to make this …… baby no 2 born yesterday (why I missed Wednesday's spin), so if the grandparents come up to Dublin & can mind No.1 for a couple of hours - I'd love to get out on the MTB.

I may have to play it by ear though, so if I'm not there by 9am, roll on without me.
