Don't see a spin up so!!
How's about a spin tomorrow. Meet at veggie shop. Up down and around.

Would love to join you lad's but lying in bed now feeling sorry for myself, some kind of man flu... I feel shite ! I'll see how I am in the morning and don't forget the clock changing .

Have to say I'm very disappointed that there was only two of us out this morning. I know it was a poxy morning and a few people were sick, but the lack of people turning up on spins is very poor. Where the fcuk is everybody.
