Good hardship did three big climbs then hit the road as I cycled from home and somehow managed to have a spectacular fall on metro ended up on my back with the bike on top of me still clipped in, wasn't going fast thankfully and nothing injured just my ego and thankfully no one seen it! Thanks lads see you thur!
