Doing the normal loop from laragh trooperstown brockagh glendo. We did this spin a lot during the summer. Bit of everything in it.

That was feckin brilliant. Great loop, 30km total and as Caroline said something for everyone. I flippin loved it all bar the last climb up the fire road to Glendo 1&2, I was bunched at that stage tho! Pissed at myself for chickening out of 1 jump I met considering the rest of the stuff I flew off today. I'm gettin myself a red cape with a yellow S and I'm gonna start wearing red underpants over my shorts. Savage morning on the bike and the weather was kind to us too. We lost Erica early enough with a tear to her tyre and Mick bailed towards the end to get to Croker, everyone flying it. Up the Dubs
Thanks Caroline, Oscar, Iomair and the rest - that was great - very tough but great. That last climb up past the upper lake nearly killed me but was worth it for that lovely long descent.

The first hour and a bit was great, till my tyre exploded! Luckily I had my chief mechanic and 3 assistant mechanics to patch it up!
I sat in laragh for HOURS drinking tea and eating all of Oscars fig rolls. Time to order some new tyres... Or maybe ill just get a new bike :)
