Good to be back out on the bike after a few weeks of being a slob! Relatively short spin which suited my withered legs, but great none the less. Perfect conditions up on three rock. Dry, still and nice and cool. Great to have Chris out too. We needed someone to take charge once Roo abandoned us on a cold dark mountainside.

Lovely spinn tonight. Trails are in great condition. Roo set a fast pace and just when the going got tough he split. Leaving the rest of us to go on without him. Finished off at the bomb hole and then home in time for dinner.

Great spin last night the trails are in great nick at the moment. Great to catch with the regulars on Roo's ripper and hear about the plans for their high performance unit watch this this space. Fair play to Bon jumping that massive jump not sure what the name of the trail but it big, didn't think anyone used it I was fairly sure someone built it and was too scared to jump it!! Hope to make more of these spin Thanks Lads
