Not a bad morning in the end. Thanks to Ben and Oz for dragging me around 3 rock. I was like a giant jellybaby on the bike this morning!

Bit windy out but still had a good old time around 3Rock with Bon and Oz.
Nice and muddy up there at the moment which is always good for a laugh.
