Ok, normal Thursday night spin leaving lambs 6.30
We'll do the usual spin but I might modify the start, change something in the middle and do something different for the end.

My self, Colm Steo, Dave , Big Al , Dermot and a late arrival by Dave M , headed off from Lambs for a tour a 3 Rock. A few puddles and a few trees down in places but other wise a nice ( steady pace ) around the best 3Rock has to offer.

Recon I set a PB to catch up with the boys and I was very happy that I did. Lovely night to be out. Nice spin around the trails (bar the odd tree). Sure what else would you be doing on a Thursday night? Good to see new faces on the Thursday night crew. Till next week...

Great old spin tonight, a good lash around Three rock.
Perhaps not as fast as some of Roo’s spins but grand for this time of the year.
It was really cold around the Masts so I was glad I wore my winter gear but overall it felt great to be out again. Steo’s recommendation for mince pies is a perfect ending to the evening. Roll on next week.
