3 hrs of XC fun & games leaving merry ploughboy at 9am and including as much singletrack as possible, I'm spending too much time on skinny road bikes and need to sharpen up the mtb skills!

Well great spin today nice and warm so the rain wasn't an issue and the trails were actually not that were surprisingly dry in places,
We went up through Masseys across cruagh where we did a tour of some ancient trails from times past and then Down Max's swans and across to zip it and up over tibradden backwards along the Wicklow way and onto the mad nos course followed the lap to toms then up through the euro sceptic out onto the Wicklow way up onto legends xc all the way back to zipp it where we climbed back up to the bottom of the tibradden walking trail but turned left onto some singletrack which brings us out to mutton lane and back to the mery ploughboy
3hrs round trip with a couple of punctures and detours great gang out

Retro disaster spin for me. On a tiny 26er which was mad (thanks Caroline!). Thankfully got a puncture after about an hour and obviously had no 26 tubes so a quick bodge with superglue meant it would hold about 20psi and me and Roo legged it home!
Great loop & crew, was really enjoying it until I got 3 punctures.. WTF!! Thnx for waiting around lads & to Chris for all the assistance and spare tube even tho it had a hole in it �� Walked down to Nialls shop from the Wicklow way & got a new tube & back home, what a morning! At least Tyrone held on for a draw��
Great spin lads, which was a bit of a mystery tour! Plenty of dabbing and falling of the bikes, thanks to the slippery conditions.Good dry weather on the way.
