How ya folk im going for a spin over the feather beds into cruagh , to legends xc . Please join me at a grand pace . Bit of leg warm up ( only the one leg ) bit of enduro, bit of xc . Banter and so on .

The hell fire club car park gate . Ill be rolling up the hill to view point , up to the valley road .... then with a little left turn off road . A small bit more of road then off we go . Its an easy spin ... good for the legs and soul .
I don't know if it correct to call Tara a babysitter . Does she get popcorn and a movie ? I think not ...

Popcorn ! make that a very large bottle of wine........

Great spin with a lot of carnage thrown in for good measure. Roo, me, ben, neville, vinnie and oscar to begin with, but it wasn't long before poor neville's rear rim was destroyed so we were one down early on. Myself and ben tried to add to the tally with various over the bar moments, but both managed to survive. Then it was roo's turn for a macho man body slam from the top rope, which had him rolling around the ground for a bit. Off we went again but his ribs weren't in good shape so he had to bail from his own spin. We continued on and vinnie left us to go up the wocccas and home while myself oscar and ben went back down into tibradden and home. Weather was grand if a bit misty up on the featherbeds, but trails were riding well.

My only contribution was shouting abuse at Bon and Roo as I passed you on the bus!
