Sorry guys going to wimp out from today spin. Doing the Nire Valley drop 30th Oct 3 distances 25km 45km & 65km can decide on day depending how feeling I think. Be good to see Sat crew there.
The rain stopped when we got to the Ticknock lower car park and it didn't rain after that. The sun even came out and it was glorious.
Was just Caroline, Glen and I. We did the same route that Ben did on Thursday's spin. It was deadly. Most of the trails were new to Glen so he was in his element trying new stuff. Some were even new to Caroline.
We even found that old section of the upper Metro that has the jumps on it, which we all jumped I might add :-)

Have to get Alan to do more spins any spin leader that can do a Moses act like control a downpour to cease on command and bring out sunshine on time for bike roll out time commands respect
