XTC is alive, Ack is the trail that ran down from the top of the red road inside the fence !!
Benchcut is in great shape, and the trail below it " The Son of benchcut"
GC is impassable..
The Best descent is sclompy but deadly, i can only imagine what Alans trail is like..
The deadly singletrack just off the double track between the middle car park and the lakes is grand..
Some of the fireroads are chewed up though..thats the killer !

Technically, Ack ran up rather than down. Wasn't called Ack then though.
The fire road from the top of Ack to the crossroads on the red road was so mucky I thought I was back in Omagh.

oh no, I have a world of pain for that one Alans at night on an XC bike would be just not enjoyable !!
ask skippy about alans trail on his carbon beast at night. He had a big grin on his face after it.
Nice spin today. XTC on to the nps course untill we hit the fireroad. Up that to the top of GC and we rode what we could of it. Up the earls drive and red road. Down the best descent in the world(it was great once we got plast the schlomp). Up the earls drive and back on to the descent from the nps track. Cross the river and back to the cars up the fireroad.

I'm wrecked now al, don't think I'll ever get over my bloody fear of that cliff though. My shabby performance today has giving me a taste to get fitter and shake off these bloody sore parts on my body, ya might be seeing more of me!!!
