Another class night on the bikes just myself, Paul, Harry, Ben and Colm it was the Paul and Ben show up through massies on the hardtails but we got the last laugh when we headed down fav trail of extreme sloppiness and imminent death!
Everyone managed to get through the spin without catching the flu except Paul's light which I think actually did catch the flu!
You had to be there!
