I'm sorry but I don't think I know you and so dont know if this spin is suitable for you.
It will be a long spin with fast pace and lots of technical features.
If you don't mind I would suggest that you contact either terenceco or Alfie for a suitable spin.

Thanks Gary. Still haven't quite got the measure of the varying degrees of warp speed here.

Essentially the Tuesday and Sunday spins are very fast and not for the faint hearted, brilliant if you can keep up but think of them as something to aim for. Get on the Saturday spins as while they are still at a good pace Terry or Harri are very good at keeping the pace suitable for whoever is on th spin.

Bleeding from the eyeballs and McGarvey setting the pace. Can't wait :-)
