Sunday morning early spin, Kilternan 8am

Myself and Rob Trench are meeting in Kilternan on Sunday morning at 8 to cycle out to Djouce to do Maulin and into Ballinstoe. It's a training spin for us but nothing like the regular Sunday spin pace. The idea is to get a few miles in our legs and a bit of mtb too.
Anyone wants to join us, Topaz Kilternan at 8am.
