Met Doris and he said it was a savage pace. Phew. Glad I went to the Gap. It's pretty cool to have this new facility on our doorstep. Happy days

Some spin. Pace increased as the spin went on. Riding diabolically at present so nice to iron it out a bit. Spin leader picking a great route.
