Ah you missed the best bit Canto. Deadly spin with a crack squad. Myself, Jack, Ronan O, Oisin, DaveM, Canto, Alzer, Harry and Vinnie did a grand tour of 3 rock and beyond. Some slippy conditions which just added to the fun. We were all trying hard to keep up with the young whippet Harry without much success. Deadly blast down Legends xc and through Tibradden to finish. We missed you RooBon. Thanks lads.

Great to be out but I found it tough going from the off. Apparently taking a flamethrower to the candle does nothing for your recovery from the Marathon. Things weren't helped when the shifter fell off the mount. Thanks to Ronan for the zipties. See ye on Sunday.

We were like the greyhounds chasing the Harry the Hare last night :-) After Dave, Vinny and Canto left, I struggled to keep up, even though I was going as fast as this old dog can go. Thanks for waiting for me to catch up periodically :-) It was a great workout, thanks for great route. We need Roo back to reign in the pace a bit.
