Thanks Colm great spin this morning - what a day to be out on the bike. So warm for mid Oct!! Very nice coffee and cake as well!!! That's the way to finish a spin!

That was a brilliant spin, thanks Colm. Plenty of climbing to work up the appetite for the carrot cake at the end. The downy bits were deadly too. Was like a summer spin it was so warm.
