Only me and Dave Mc but a great spin was had. Up metro then up the next metro and down into GAP for an hour of great craic on the trails. Back up three rock and down a few schlompy trails and home. I left my phone in the GAP office so missed out on all my pb’s on Strava and about an hours fast and fantastic cycling but good craic all the same.
We were saying that while all the trails are very wet GAP was great as it was a lot drier. Might go there for a spin next Sunday.

Great spin. Gareth had great company with him too!! The Gap was fast and dry. No uplifts either. Legs are a bit sore now too.
