Up past the goats, over the barrier, up to the corner, up rock n roll, down t connector, down rock n roll, dogtown, across the top of dreamtrack, the wrong way up the lower metro, tractor trail, euroskeptic, lower metro, dream track....home!

Super night to be out - positively balmy. Mostly dry, a few puddles, very little mud.
Hands and legs aching for that last run down metro and DT, but ended on a high. Fab! Great crew out - Caroline, Emmet and Rory. Lost Tara to the lurgy before kickoff. Thanks all!

Thanks Caroline, Emmet & Keith, I really enjoyed that - my legs were burning afterwards but it was good to be back on a night spin - first in over a year!!! Hopefully the fitness will improve.
