Will be playing it careful as shoulder still isnt healed. Started physio this week.

Sorry, cant go unfortunately. The Physio forbid me. Im aloud ride on smooth surface, so Ill stick to the trail centre stuff tomorrow.

What a deadly spin ! Loved that ! First time doing river run when there was an actual river ! Great company and great route! Thanks Terry!

How did the rehab spin go Alan? hope your back up to full power soon a few more on the injury bench missing ye as well Rory,Erica,Glen?Rodney? anybody else ? Will be a few intro new/members spins soon, will be good to get all back out

Excellent spin Terry. Buzzin. Deadly. Such fun. Flying in parts. Lots of climbing wet made it harder, a few slippery spots but awesome overall. What a Saturday. Life is good
