I'm totally banjaxed. but buzzin' mojo was back, and I was glad it was, as there was some amount of single track railed! spin of ages. . . you'll have to do that route again soon - because those who missed it really missed out on a super spin! I'm fit to fall over! ha ha!

Class spin indeed great to be able to get the local knowledge off John and Stevo on local trail conditions thanks lads, awhile since being on that loop ideal conditions could have done with a few brownies ok, Oscar could have carried a few? , best you eat them all sure they will all been gone stale by next week :)

Ye, cracking route on my home turf, great to have the big bike out for the rocky blast down the outside of the 'Stoe. Some pain train for the IMRA 50k race we came across, fair play to them all. Pog was dry and running great, good to have a worcie with us to pace the climbs, no ac interval thank God! Spin was ruined by no brownies at the end though.....
