Ok peoples, going to try keep abit of momentum going with these Sunday spins, as the title says leaving from the Veg shop and covering as much as we can fit in.

Maybe a few more trails then back through Powerscourt

Bring dollars for possible coffee stop.

These spins are to get people back out on spins who for whatever reason have not been able to get out. We will tailor the route and terrain to suit whoever rocks up. All welcome.

Should be there if I manage to get some sleep :-)

There is already fast lads on this spin Graham , the fast lads you mention are really just the faster lads than the fast lads in this club ; ) ah come on mass will be shite get on yer bike !
