Super loop in the sun - âShogue climb to Fairy Castle, Woccas, XC, Tibradden, Swans, Massyâs left bank to the end. Good to see âLazarusâ Smith back at the scene of the crime. 6 of us out - great group. Thanks all.
Bike was just back from Expert - changed to 1x10. Definitely the way to go. My body is too focused on getting oxygen in to decide which of the 5 levers on the bars I need to press. And the legs didnât complain any more than normal. Nice job!
