I will be along for sure! Big shoes to fill on this one after last week Bon. . If steady turns into xc ninja pace then I dont mind doing the support spin with a little slower group but with the view of keeping it moving aswell. Thanks.

Thanks for convincing me to go out Terry, that was a deadly loop. I thought it was a great idea to bring the race bike, so I'd have half a chance of keeping up on the climbs, and then I heard face planter was en route, well it was an experience! Can't wait to do it on the big bike, and maybe avoid the hole that me and Terry got sucked into :) mega crew out and great craic, micky shouting at Terry saying he was riding like an aul one ba ha ha.

Great group out. But I couldn’t cycle for sh1t. Some crazy start up the shogue and then down that death drop. Claire was doing some weird ballerina stuff whilst hanging off a tree.very odd technique there. Cheers Bon and co for a fantastic morning.
