Sunday Ticknock Hills 12pm kilmashogue roundabout

So I've been doing the below route on Sundays the past few weeks, mostly on my tod as I enjoy a lie on on a sunday & head up whenever I'm ready. Got it from Ben Intervals at 75% of ur max heart rate. It doesn't sound like much fun at all but when u finish u will feel so great & that's what keeps me doing it every week. This is what I'll be doing & I won't be changing the route that I've been doing. If anyone fancies it join me.

It's up
1st
Kilmashogue then up euro Skeptic to the tarmac ,
Head down the tarmac road all the way to the main road just up from the M50
2nd
Up the tarmac road past the Biking.ie hut up the walkers trail , oast the barrier all the way to the mast. Finish
Back down the the barrier
3rd short full blast all in
From the barrier up the tarmac climb to the rock at the fire road just before the last kick to the mast,
Then go down the metro or boneshaker , into dreamtrack to the road
4th
Up the road past the blue light pub , up the goat trail then all the way up the fire road ( redroad) to the mast
Finished all over Happy days!
Well that was a cool spin with Mickey Dardis. Learnt a lot on it such as fast lads don't have normal people level of unfitness! He flew up the hills OMG! And that's him at his unfitness level after taking a break in the off season! Yowsers! I'd start to not be able to chat or breath anymore & thankfully Mickey wud take the hint & leg it on up each hill. Learnt aswell that Yr weather can actually be wrong some days & we got rain that was not forecasted! Learnt aswell I need a motocross jacket to stay dry as my waterproof cudnt cope with that rain - the raindrops even hurt our faces yikes. Ah was good spin & hills pain, chats & giggles thanks Mr Dardis
