Cheers Phil. Yeah great spin Phil Terry and myself for a spin sound the best of 3 rock. Place is riding exceptionally well, managed to avoid the hoardes of hill walkers man it was getting busy up there.

Great spin taking in a lot of old xc trails, all in great shape, with special mention for shizzle, rock n roll and the one straight on near the top of eurosceptic climb.

4 hours 1200 metres of climbing and good craic. Great stuff cheers lads. Same again next week!

Cheers Neville. You are flying for sure. Was bonkers busy up there. Lockdown me hole. Was down in the market in Dunlaoighre and never seen it so busy.
Really enjoyed Ticknock it’s got so much on offer for us now. Absolutely blessed to have these trails on our doorsteps

Nice wan lads . Good report. Just back from the Gap . Bon did the river gap . Don't have it today myself. Great craic with the kids all the same . Tis busy on the hills for sure ... tribraddan had cars up and down the roads . But yes weather and trails are mint .
