Hi folks Spin on tomorrow night in my favourite place. Haven't been there in ages so obvs I'll need help getting around. Spin suiting beginners and guests .
Please join me ,, lights needed ! Fun spin ! Great area for bad weather. We meet at kilternan church at 630 park down the side at the school across from petrol station.
If your not in action you better be in traction!

Not a new bike but bits of it are new;
New disks
New Tyres
New drive train
Shocks and forks serviced

So it feels like a new bike!
