I always forget how many awesome trails there are in Slade. Even though it was mucky, the trails are riding really well. Great bunch out too and nice to finish with hot cup of coffee. Thanks a million
Thanks Terry, enjoyed that. The cleaning after not so much. Wasn't really in the mood for cycling this morning but dragged myself up the hill. Glad I did even after wrecking my blow-dry crashing into the wet bushes.
Nice to have a coffee stop on the MTB bumping into Niall and his gravel crew who gave me a tow part of the way home. Home in time to watch MVDPs return to cyclocross.
Lovely morning for a spin, bit nippy but once we got climbing it got warm quickly... few puddly trails and a bit of mud but not bad for mid December! Nice few sniper roots too , was a good time try the assegai tyre for the first time, super grippy. Terry brought us down a new trail there, nice bermy downhill , short but very sweet. Lost Lawdie to a wheel problem but at least it wasnât till later in the spin. Great group out and nice to finish with a cake and coffee... thanks Terry!

Super morning out on the bikes, and great to be out on a daylight club spin. A little cold when stopped, but warm enough once on the move. As usual Terry linked up a great mix of trails, including a short but fun new one. Nobody lost this week. Great to see everyone out.
