Its a saturday spin..everybodys welcome except total beginners !!
Great spin, even though I was hanging onto the back of the group the whole way.
Had some spectacular offs and mangled shins but well worth it.
I'll improve the fitness for next week, now I'm off to replace those rear brake pads.

Heres a few pics to give you an idea of what a deadly spin we had.
I had planned a couple of extra sections but time was against us. mind you we had a great crowd out as usual, great craic and great riding from everybody.
Saturdays are not the handy outings people assume they are. The distances are the same as a regular *******oe spin, but the pace is always steady and the craic is great, we aren't in a hurry up the hills but we demand high speed descending, the more out of control the better..

In work tonight, tired but buzzing still from a cracking day on the bike.. great trails, company,crack and weather what more could you want..

.God I'm stiff today. Its amazing how difficult it is to catch people you cant see, good job I spotted you guys when I did or I would have been on a road spin from hell. The descent down into cloon was definitely worth the climb from Curtlestown .I even have a farmers tan from Yesterday, bets weather so far.
Hugh respect to Sylvia on that bike. Wow.
