Good spin tonight nearly didn't need the lights. Only a few of us out but we where savage. Sham, Dave, Adam and new addition Ed. Quick lap of kindlestown and then across the road for a bit of crack and some mechanicals to keep us entertained.

Nice one Al really enjoyed that spin surprised more weren't out it was a cracking evening for it, nothing like snapping a gear cable to kick the crap out of ya on those climbs oh well it was good training for the XC race this weekend.
