Im on the road tuesdays for the next while...Leaving foxrock Church Car Park 18.30 for trip out to Bray returning to Killiney for laps of the hill...60kmish in total 2hours+..
All welcome but must be able to look after themselves and bike ohhh be able to keep up.

well that was savage..Alfie broke us all..well me ,Damo and Al S...there must have been some savage Disco on somewhere to miss that spin..holy jaysus..Alfie wallace is the Alpha Coach Alfie..I thought I was going to pass out trying to get air into my lungs going up maulin..

Nice weather, no ducks... craic was mighty as always with Damo.... the coaching skills however were bloomin useless, I still don't know how to hop me bunny. I want me money and jellies back sure that Alfie fell has lost his bottle.

I can't believe out of a club of nearly hundreds only 4 of us made it to Djouce on a beautiful spring evening ..with a lovely red sunset and a light breeze..even the cherry blossoms were nice..

Lukie..Alan fell off sooo many times..even on the easy bits and he got a puncture and he threw Alfies bottle in the river and he fell off going uphill..
I hope the pies were good
