yeah thanks for the help yesterday Al....all you were short of doing was pushing me off the track ha. it was actually pretty funny. i was pretty winded and all i could hear was "come on gav stop crashing like a lezzer" or did you say that when my face was still in the ground....who knows :)

think it might have been when you where stumbling round in pain wondering what happened

Just a suggestion :) The Mad track would be well worth a blast around tomorrow eve as weather is looking good and i think i can remember the full route. I can guarantee it will put a smile on you face,with the blue light after as a bonus.

Makes sense to me.

was trying to vary things a little but if you insist on going for a pint after my ruber arm could be twisted

haha.. we have no choice but to follow the blue light... like moths :)

Here's a route description:

1. The Monster Energy truck will do a slow rolling start from the fireroad (near the gate of the field)
   with all riders following at easy pace.
   When the fireroad levels-out the truck will blast off and the race will be on
   Riders will turn left into the wide path thru the forest and pop out onto fireroad per below.
2. Start on the fire-road on the Glencullen side of Three Rock
3. Head up the fire-road in the direction of the Aerials
4. Turn right into MX
5. Exit MX and go left, take the trail into the forest on the right
6. Exit trail and climb fire-road to Docking Area 54
7. Climb the new trail - Spartacus!
8. Go right at the top of Spartacus, then keep climbing
9. First left will bring you up to the fire-road
10. Right at the fire-road and up to T-Connector
11. Take the right off T-Connector
12. Rock n Roll and Blue Oyster and lower MAD Club Course
13. Climb the fire-road to the right hand bend
14. U-turn around the boulder and enter Crossmax SL
15. Drop off the end of Crossmax SL and straight into Aggro
16. Emerge near the quarry and ride across the face of Three Rock, towards the Boneshaker
17. Over the rocks of the Boneshaker and into the new Naked Romp
18. Emerge near Ticknock car park
19. Romper Schlomper!
20. Up the tarmac, through car park and up some more tarmac
21. Cut right into Forgotten, then sharp right into WORC's trail
22. Drop onto the fireroad and turn left towards Toms
23. Technical climb up past Toms and avoid the fallen trees by riding up Spiral Stairs
24. Right on the fire-road and over to the top of Kilmashogue
25. Left here and up the old Wicklow Way
26. Continue straight for a good while (name?)
27. At the clearing, go straight through into A1 Sharon
28. Emerge onto fire-road, go right and up to aerials
29. T-Connector again, this time branch left
30. Rip Ride!
31. Up to the aerials again
32. Around the aerials and up to the top of Satellite Run
33. Satellite Run, Zippy, Bungle
34. Up to the fire-road again and blast back to the start
35. Left into the woods and onto the lower fire-road
36. Fast fire-road descent to the gate.
37. Ends.

cheers Fergal, i think most of it is still fresh in my mind but that's a great reminder. I think Tue night people will love this circuit of 3 rock..I know we have been up there quite a lot but this spin is really worth another night up there..

;D Happy days. Was well pissed off I couldn't make it at the weekend. All the reports of extreme deadliness haven't helped over the last couple of days. Lets hope we get the same weather the MAD lads got over the weekend and this could be the Tuesday night spin of the year.

All we need to do now is get a few of those heads who've been tempted to come out with the craic squad out tomorrow and we're laughing. A big crowd out tomorrow night would be great.
