as some of you may have discovered last night. This spin is savage on a heavy bike, however, we won't be galloping along..so don't be afraid..
I would like to some sections more than once if possible..

i'm sooooo sad i'm going to miss this (even tho i'll be having non-mtn-biking fun else where), i believe we skipped a few things on tuesday. Anyone who hasnt' done this course make sure you get out on it. MAD did a fantastic job!!!!

Schlompy..I hate slow mountainbiking..the MAD track is in bits..wind rain..but still..loads of laughs..Luke bullied Nat off the spin and Alfie sent Colm home..still loads of craic though, fair play to the hardy Bucks and amazon women who turned up...

Very schlompy today but enjoyable.

Sorry I had to leave the spin but I had an off and my knee was killing me.

I’m going to spend the rest of the afternoon rubbing it with alcohol, from the inside.

schlompy..wet..sunny..mucky..managed to get lost at one point.. but good craic!
