As an alternate to the Tuesday night XC spin and since my XC bike is out of commission. I'll be up in Barnaslingin from around 6:30. If the regular tuesday spinners fancy coming along you are more than welcome.

well that was a deadly evenings dh. the track was so dry and so fast we must have done 1000000 runs. It was myself, cummins, ken, keith and a couple of younger lads ross and his friend. Fair play to keith for manning up and doing the wall jump. its no easy feat :D
