Tuesday Spin - 6:30 at Leadmines Tower - All Welcome

High jacking Sarah's Tuesday Spins . 6:30 at Leadmines Tower.

Easy pace . Couple of laps of the club course, round the hill and up and down Willetts trails - or something like that !

Hi all, Clare (my wife) is heading up also. Hope that OK.

Super turnout for the Epic spin of the year so far - Sarah, Niamh. Clare, Erica, Caroline, Dave, me, and JonW, with a guest appearance by Muiris and a fly by from Max. No sign or virtual spin organiser Tara. Jon did the honours starting off with some exploring in Barneys followed by a bit of everything in Leadmines. Good weather, great bunch of people, and deadly buzz back on Epic spins made for a fun evening. Thanks to Jon and his trusty pup for leading the way.

Yes great turnout and perfect conditions. We even got to do a bit of bushwacking in barney's trying to find the mysterious trail. We got most trails done in the time and only a tiny bit of climbing as well. That smurf is still awesome and finally got to ride the new section for the 1st time.
thanks for being good with the dog also. Great training day for her.

Jon the dog was the best bit! (Apart from your great spin leading).
