This post was originally written by Terry last year (Thanks Terry) and it is re-posted here as a reminder to all as we get back into spins (there have been some great ones this week)..

Despite the easing of restrictions we have to remember that Covid-19 hasn't gone away, and that we all play our part in keeping it suppressed. As restrictions ease our personal and social responsibility become more important. We ask all members heading out for a group spin, attending club league or events to read below and comply:

- For contact tracing, post your name on all spin that you go on. Spin leaders should post up a list of all people who participated in the spin.

- Complete the Sport Ireland Covid19 eLearning Course prior to returning to any club activity: https://www.sportireland.ie/covid19/course

- Complete the Self-Assessment Personal Screening Questionnaire prior to each club activity you wish to attend

- Don't share food or drink

- List for tracing for league will be made from riders, timers, starters and anybody else present on the night
