C u there Graham, not done two spins in a row in ages so I won't be surprised if I'm dropped after the very first climb in djouce ha ha. But sure will aim high anyway :)
Ah guys don't be flakes get on the spin! But on the other hand could the flake shortage change the pace of the spin so that I might make get to make it up 2 hills lol.....
Thanks Graham for this morning it was brill. Dragged myself out of the bed, honestly didn't want to go with that weather and didnt even think I could do 2 spins one day after the other, but surprisingly when we got going my legs weren't screaming at me much so all was good. Ha ha Graham we didn't leave u out with the coffees at Powerscourt u brat. So the real story is that u & Emmet were like ninjas that were right there in front of us one second & next u were both gone. So we searched the trail we thought u had gone on but it was a dead end lol. Richard then heard the river so we headed down to it & over to Powerscourt thinking that u were headed that way in search of 99s on such a sunny morning :). We had a lovely hot coffee & tea. Messenger then solved the day and we met yez back in djouce & we continued on. Still not solved the mistery of the missing flakes for 99s though.....
