Sunday morning Adults spin Biking..ie hut 9:00

Hi all, going to head out Sunday morning for a spin from the Biking. Ie hut, we will cram n as much as possible and will most likely head over to Tibradden to do Legends aswell. Duration about 3hrs.

We can give Roo a bit of support leaving with his group of youths for a few mins before we head off.
