It's fairly straightforward, just one fireroad all the way up. The climb can get a little repetitive but the decents worth it. 9 30?

Great little spin this morning with Emmet. I’d never ridden the trails there but Emmet had an idea of the place so we were grand,
We cycled to the top and attempted to go down a mad trail with a rock garden to start that I remember watching in the EWS a few years ago.
A few more ups and downs following Emmet which was great trying to keep up with him and we did ok too. The WallTrail is mega and the favourite of the day. After two hours I was ready to head back so we did a trail with loads of jumps to the bottom. I hit a few nice jumps and then tried to clear a big jump that brought me back down to earth with a hard thud. Bruised ego and body but absolutely grand.
I headed off while Emmet did a bit more.
Great to see a bit of Carrick and a lovely morning for a chat with Emmet
