Good spin this morning. Super hot . Fionn, Kevin ,Calvin, Jonah new guy Kristin. Great assistance from Geoff . The lads were very good to wait up with Jonah as we hiked the bikes at the start ... I was hold on to the hope of he didn't have an asthma episode at the start we'd get the best out of him after . And it work best spin in a ages .

the lads love the rock drops as you turn right at the end of wokkas, I followed Kevin's line and did some massive air as did Fionn and Jonah Kristin in hot pursuit.

Calvin tyres Bon gave him brought new confidence and spirits were high as the boys pulled in to hazel cafe for some well earned cold snakes .
