Thanks for bringing us around last night Ben :). It was a lovely night to be out on the bike, such a hot one I actually drank over a litre of water, thirsty work! Great to just be out on a spin and not racing. Nice to catch up with Niamh after not seeing her in so long! I took a few photos but the sun was going down rapidly

Last one v dark at this stage, me & Niamh had to come down the fireroad off metro as we couldn't see in the forest, night spins soon!
