Lovely evening on the bikes. Bit of a chill in the air but it was a nice change from the heat.

Myself, Niamh, Caroline McA, Tara and Erica enjoyed all of the trails ticknock has to offer while they’re still there. Sadly we discovered last week that tractor trail has been felled, so making the most of the other natural trails in case they disappear too.

Great craic and just what I needed to get the fun back. Loved all of those trails . 4 weeks to the Roc - training just started..... will be graaaaaand.
